The SMS reminder service is provided free of cost. The reminders are sent to the phone number which sent the subscription message.

SMS services are subject to occasional errors and failures due to network conditions, server failures etc. However, over 95% accuracy is expected of such SMS services.
Our service uses the same SMS service that several of India's leading banks and corporations use. Our service is expected to have the same reliability that they get.

The IAP-Immunizeindia vaccination reminder service is available only for Indian phone numbers. Phone numbers from other countries are not supported.

All donations received, shall be used only for purposes of the service, its operations and its promotion.

Donors who wish to change their mind can ask for a refund of the amount donated, within 5 days of making the donation. We shall send a request to our payment gateway providers to refund the amount donated, in entirety. In the case of donations made by cheque, we shall refund the amount through cheque payment, sent by ordinary post.
Due to expensive administration requirements, we are unable to refund donations after 5 days of making the donation.

The SMS based opt-in process gives us the phone number, the first name of the child (optional) and the date of birth of the child. On this website we do not specifically ask for or solicit any private information.

Any of the information we collect maybe used in the following ways:

• To provide the service of sending alerts whenever a vaccination(s) is due for the child.
• Information whether public or private will not be sold, exchanged or transferred or given to any company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the reminder service.
• To use non-personally identifiable data for statistical purposes on how Immunizeindia services have contributed towards the immunization scenario in India
• To send information and updates pertaining to the service, updates, related product or service information etc.

We do not collect personally identifiable information. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of information in our possession.

We do not use cookies.

We do not trade, sell or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information. This commitment excludes trusted third parties who assist us in maintaining our database and website, conducting our operations or providing services, so long as those parties agree to keep that information confidential.

This privacy policy is applicable for all information collected from parents or caregivers of children at the time of registration. The information may be collected online or offline.
